Join JJ Tiziou, LMT for a self-massage workshop at The Cedar Works where you’ll learn easy ways to apply therapeutic pressure using tennis or lacrosse balls and other tools to give yourself a massage anywhere, anytime!

WHAT YOU’LL GET:
Techniques that will last you a lifetime that you can share with friends, family, and anyone in need of care.
You’ll also get a complementary pair of lacrosse balls to take home with you to start putting what you’ve learned into practice right away.
WHAT TO WEAR / BRING:
Please bring a clean pair of socks and wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in (tights, athleticwear, sweats, scrubs, etc) without lots of pokey bits (buckles, buttons etc). A water bottle is a good idea too!

Physical accessibility:
The Cedar Works is a ground-floor ADA accessible space. This workshop assumes about as much mobility as the average yoga class – we’ll be spending much of the time on the floor, and many of the techniques assume the ability to climb onto a table or sit down on the floor; please get in touch if you have any accessibility concerns.

When registering, please choose the highest rate that feels accessible to you to help me continue to be able to make my work accessible to others. If finances are a barrier, please get in touch; two discounted / scholarship registrations are available.
