From there, you’ll move into a time of guided journaling and goal setting, writing down small, achievable actions that align with your bigger vision for yourself.</p> <p>Next, we’ll transition into a gentle yoga flow, using movement and breath to release any lingering tension and embody the energy of renewal.</p> <p>Mats, journals, light breakfast bites, and refreshments will be provided. Each guest will leave with a curated gift bag to continue their mindfulness and intention-setting practice at home.</p> <p>Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled.
