“Rest and Restore” is a virtual workshop experience designed to help you soothe your nervous system and experience deeply-nourishing rest. During this session, we will use blankets and bed pillows to create a comfortable space for you to rest in supported yoga postures close to the floor.
While traditional yoga classes work with the dynamic of strength and stretch, restorative yoga helps you melt tension in your body, mind, and spirit so that you can reconnect internally with a greater sense of connection and calm.
If you’ve been feeling frayed, anxious, or overwhelmed, this class is for you.
