Each day of the festival, visit the outdoor PlazaMania for free hands-on activities from arts partners from across the city. Plus, enjoy face painting, balloons creations, roving performers, special appearances (Phillie Phanatic!), food trucks and more. PlazaMania will opens at 9:30 AM daily.  The Children's Festival is rain or shine.
