Isabelle Martinez is a seasoned yoga instructor with almost a decade of experience leading group and private experiences. She is known for her compassionate and supportive approach, movement should feel good and be offered in an empowering accessible way. In this totally free class, you can expect to move through the hour with heavy emphasis on breath/body connection, basic and intentional shapes, and a few laughs along the way.
