Make your own infused oil/vinegar: Make your own high end infused oil or vinegar with us! Oil and vinegar are pantry staples that can be infused with herbs, fruit, flowers and spices. They make great gifts that can be used for marinades, soups and a wide variety of cooking uses. These infusions can be stored long term too. This class will focus on using dried herbs.
